Questions
What counts as an AI message?
Each request sent to the AI — a question from a worker, a broadcast translation, or a knowledge base lookup — counts as one message. System pings and acknowledgements do not count.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
What happens when I hit my message limit?
On Starter, Caliban stops responding until the next month. On Crew and Fleet, overage billing kicks in automatically so your team is never interrupted. You can also upgrade at any time.
Do you support on-premise deployment?
Enterprise plans can be deployed fully on-premise or in a private cloud. All data stays within your infrastructure.
Which messaging platforms are supported?
Telegram and WhatsApp are supported on all plans. Additional channel integrations (Slack, Teams) are available on Business and Enterprise.
Is there a setup fee?
No. All plans include onboarding at no extra cost. Enterprise plans include a dedicated implementation call.
